My recent stay at 2 The Noust Self Catering was absolutely exceptional. The accommodation was clean, cosy, and had a great location. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I had two fantastic nights of sleep. The property was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the WiFi worked perfectly. I also loved the little touches like having milk in the fridge and teabags in the cupboard. The location on the seafront was stunning, and the view of the harbor was lovely. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the property was overall wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The pullout couch bed was a bit lopsided and uncomfortable, and the spare mattress in the upstairs bedroom was more suitable for a child rather than an adult.

Truly enjoyed pretty much everything, no reason to complain. It was peaceful close to a beautiful beach. And it was short walk to the seafront as well as Kirkwall.

Situated right on the seafront, you can step outside and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. the village has most amenities you need, and if not, Kirkwall is just a short drive away. the cottage itself is well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. the bedroom offers a cozy retreat, and the bathroom features a good shower. With a view of the harbor, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The location was amazing, right next to the sea and just a minute away from the ferry. The staff, especially Tracey, took excellent care of us.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a larger pan for cooking.

The location is unparalleled, right by the sea and in a charming village. the cottage is homely and cosy with electric blankets and great heating. There are books and board games for entertainment. the village has a delightful coffeehouse and bar. Perfect for exploring the South and East of the island.

Stayed at 2 The Noust Self Catering for a weekend getaway. Absolutely loved the tranquil setting right by the sea. Tracey, the caretaker, was brilliant and made sure the cottage was well cared for. The cottage had everything we needed, including linen and towels. Great location to explore the island, with easy access to the ferry terminal and only a short drive to other areas. Super clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Our only small criticism was that the kitchen could have used larger pans. Cooking pasta for two in two small pans was a bit inconvenient.
